Spengler's Methodological Weltanschauung

Recently, I’ve been rendering some of Spengler’s untranslated works into English. As I mentioned there, Spengler intended to publish these in an academic journal named “Die Welt als Geschichte”, The World as History. The founder and main editor of the journal was Hans Erich Stier. The journal’s intended goal was to publish more historical research that accorded with Spengler’s unique methodology. And given what I said in the introductory remarks to yesterday’s post, I figured it might be worth a brief elaboration.
