Over the past two months, I’ve been writing a book on Spengler’s life and works. At the behest of some friends keen on getting an early look, I’ve decided it’d be best if I published it in installments here on Substack. Right now, I have about a chapter and a half written. Mostly on Spengler’s life and the influence of Goethe. Future chapters will include Spengler’s thoughts on technology, prehistory, and politics (both theoretical and his brief foray into politics in the 1920s).
What I publish here will serve as a first attempt at writing this book. Naturally, the final product will look a bit different. But in the mean time, I thought you would all enjoy. There is a caveat however. Moving forward, these posts will be paywalled as a way of thanking those of you who have been generous in your patronage thus far. If you are interested in this project or just in supporting my work, I encourage you to become a paid subscriber. These paywalled posts will come out weekly until the manuscript is done.
Thank you to all of you who have become both paid and free subscribers over the past few months. We just hit 1,000 free subscribers and I am eternally grateful for your readership and keen interest in a thinker who is near and dear to me.
The first post will come out later tonight. “Goethe and the Four Stages of Culture”. Stay tuned!

Onward. Looking forward to your future post, I’ll likely have a delay as I get my finances in order but you can count on me.
Looking forward to it. Peace
